Will my memory ever come back?

I'm 17 and suffer from some sort of amnesia where my memory got cut off. So basically from 13 downwards i can not remember anything or anyone. I mean sometimes i look at thins and it feels like i know about it but i do not know what. I suffered a lot of domestic abuse. Not happening to me but me witnessing it since the age of 8. I mean the most important memories are your childhood.
