I want to get Emancipated?

I'm 17 and I'll be turnin 18 August 21 but I can't live with my parents anymore! I've been kicked out 2 times within the past year and my mom has physically hit me (she bust my lip and broke my glasses off my face earlier today) I want to get emancipated and move to LA next month... is it too late? I know I wouldn't be able to claim myself until I turn 24 and I need financial aid for my college classes ( this will be my 2nd year), I really need help with this please give me advice! Thanks!!
