Does anyone know the name of a certain old videogame that I am looking for?

When I was a kid, my older brother and I rented out a video game that I can't remember the name of. If anyone could tell me the title of the game(I will describe) I would really appreciate it. All I remember is that the game was made up of a bunch of mini games or something like that. One I remember most vividly was one where you could choose different tanks to battle each other with. Different tanks had different abilities, some could drive underwater and some could fly. I also remember one where you chose battleships to battle with. That's all I remember, again if anyone could aid my search I would really appreciate it.
